The Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship at UC Irvine Medical Center is a four-year fellowship program which includes an 18-month period of research investigation and 30 months of patient care, as described by the Division of Gynecologic Oncology of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He served the country in the United States Air Force from 2005-2012 and was the chief of Gynecologic Oncology at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in addition to the chair of the Institutional Review Board.
